I ordered this for my boyfriend, it arrived on Christmas Eve so nothing like cutting it close but it did still come in on time luckily. I had gotten in touch with Tulay becaus I was afraid of the arrival time, so she got back to me quickly and made sure my item was on its was still. I will say I checked the status of my package quite a bit but be patient and if you don’t see movement for sometime just get in touch with Tulay, she is very kind and she will make sure everything is okay and your package is on route. I’d rate customer service a 9/10 and shipping a 5/10 just cause it took so long to get an update. But overall the pendant is beautiful and is great quality o do recommend buying but you need to be patient!! And order well beforehand if it’s a gift and you need it to come in on time. Also check sizing, it is pretty small
