Refunds are only issued for:

1. Defective Item(s)
2. Customer Received incorrect item(s)

If an item is defective or an incorrect item is delivered the customer may request a replacement will be sent out at no cost additional or a refund be issued. At our discretion we may request you return the original item(s).

Concepts in Candy cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses, the buyer moving or the buyer not updating their Etsy shipping address. No refunds will be issued for these reasons.

Items that are returned for reasons other than those stated above are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
