Bonnie’s customer service and communication is better than any other seller on Etsy! I messaged her with a question about shipping/ estimated arrival. She not only responded quickly, but she also customized smaller pins for my daughter’s hair. She even made a special pin in her favorite color pink, which my daughter absolutely loved!
