In the event this happens within the first week please contact me so I can send you a replacement at no additional cost. If you believe you have a defective item please reach out to me before leaving a negative review. Defective items include; Backing came off the acrylic topper, notches broke from the topper, ect. If all of the notches are ripped I will not replace the adhesive backing for free. This means the item was forcibly pulled out of the backing and not handled with care. I can still send you a replacement backing but at the cost of shipping/fee's for the listing.

I am not responsible for lost packages via USPS or Apartment complexes ect. I have provided tracking and proof of shipment and once it's in the hands of the post office there's nothing more I can do. Make sure to send your package to s a safe location. Missing packages are rare but If you have any issues- please file a 'missing mail' case here https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm *Please visit your local postal service for quicker service with the issue as there's not much I can do.

Depending on your location I ship the item through Etsy's processing facility so you may notice the item bouncing around a lot this is normal and your item is not lost. If it says "In Transit" it is moving through the postal system. Allow for more time for arrival.

i was too excited when i first opened it to take a picture and ended up putting it on my phone right away but it's very pretty and looks just like the pictures advertised. it seems to stick on really well although it is my first day with it on but it seems well made. i dont know why but i didnt expect there to be a slight glittery sparkle in the design underneath the clear hard plastic, but it looks so amazing!! thank you!
