How do I customise my Print?

Please provide the relevant information in the personalisation section when checking out, I will then take this information and mock up your print. This will then be sent to you via Etsy Messenger once the artwork has been created for you to approve and once approved I will ship this out.

How will my physical print arrive?

We package all prints in a protective cello wallet and post in a sturdy card backed envelope to ensure they arrive in the condition we left them in. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with the condition you receive your print, please drop us a message with proof of this and we will resend your print free of charge.

What if my print doesn't arrive on time?

If your order seems to be taking longer than anticipated to arrive then please message us directly and we will do everything we can to help. We ship all prints via Royal Mail second class.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

If you’re unhappy with your order, then please message our page with any concerns and we will work with you to satisfy your problem or issue. No issue is too big or small - we want you to be more than happy with your print.
