All art prints in my store are digital reproductions of antique artwork. They are carefully digitally restored by me to optimize colors, brightness and details while preserving the original character such as the texture of old oil paint or fine cracks. Please note that features like slight blurring, grain, or textures are inherent to the artworks and not imperfections. When displayed and viewed from a typical distance, these characteristics enhance their timeless charm beautifully.

Are the prints framed?

Unless otherwise stated, frames are not included. If you would like a framed art print, you can find suitable options in the "Custom Printing/Framing" category to add to your order.

What type of paper is used?

The prints are made on high-quality, uncoated premium paper with a smooth surface. Both the paper and the archival inks are fade-resistant, ensuring that the prints retain their quality and color for many years. The matte finish enhances the depth of colors and prevents glare, giving the prints a sophisticated and premium look.

How are the prints packaged?

The prints are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. Rolling prints is the standard method to protect them during transit while also reducing shipping material and costs. If you need tips on flattening your print, feel free to ask! Depending on your location smaller prints up to 21x30 cm are packaged flat in sturdy envelopes.

When will my order be shipped and can I track it?

All products are made to order. The processing time is 1–5 business days and is in addition to the shipping time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All US orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), ensuring that no customs duties or import charges are charged upon delivery. All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email after your order is shipped. Alternatively, you can track your order through your Etsy profile. If you have issues with the tracking, feel free to contact me, and I’ll gladly assist you.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Send photos of the damaged print, packaging with the shipping label and I’ll be happy to arrange a free replacement.

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Contact me to receive the details for returns. Please note that the products must be returned to my address in Germany! Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Since all products are made to order, I am currently unable to offer free returns. For this reason, I kindly ask you to carefully select sizes and products before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to message me. Refunds will be issued within five business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Can I still make changes to my order after purchasing?

I kindly ask that you double-check all details (size, product type, quantity, shipping address, etc.) before placing your order. Since all products are made to order, I cannot guarantee cancellations. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not yet gone into production, I will do my best to find a solution. This also applies to address changes. If your package has already been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Customers in the EU have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, regardless of the above, see 'Can I return my order?'

Can I order a custom size?

Yes, custom print sizes are often possible! Let me know the dimensions you're looking for, and I'll check if it's available. Please note that custom-sized prints are non-refundable.

How do I choose the right print size?

A simple way to test the print size is to use masking tape to mark the exact dimensions of the print on your wall, this helps you get a real sense of scale and how it interacts with your furniture and surroundings. If you already have a frame in mind, you can also hang the empty frame or use a piece of paper or cardboard cut to the same size to see how it fits visually. For gallery walls, it can help to arrange sheets of paper on the floor or wall first to experiment with layout and spacing before you buy. This way, you’ll be sure to choose a print size that perfectly complements your room and style.

US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – no customs fees or import charges on delivery.

For all other destinations, orders may be subject to customs charges depending on the destination country.

If something arrives damaged or if you have not received the product at all (all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the delivery date) I'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
