We use USPS to ship all of our items (First Class, Priority Mail, and Ground for heavy/large packages) and all orders will ship within 1-3 days of being placed. We take our packaging very seriously and carefully wrap all pieces to ensure safe delivery. Once an order has shipped, the buyer will receive an email confirmation that includes the tracking number. We do not offer Overnight shipping. We only ship our items First Class, Priority Mail, or Ground.

Vintage is old and likely to have been used, so please do not expect an item to be in perfect, unused condition unless otherwise noted. All sales are final so please read and look over the item carefully. Also feel free to direct message me with any questions before you purchase.

In order to minimize our footprint on the earth your purchase is packaged by using recycled items whenever possible. However, all boxes and packaging materials are in clean reusable condition.

Your priority packages are insured, so if your item arrives chipped, cracked or broken please do the following: Inspect the damage take several photos of the shipping box, the wrapped inside contents and lastly the damaged item. Save all the packaging and the shipping box. Please contact me within 48 hours. I will file a claim on your behalf at:

In a couple of days, you will get a letter in the mail from USPS. They will either issue a refund or ask you to bring the item, packaging, and their letter to your nearest post office for them to inspect. Postal regulations require them to inspect the damage in some cases. I will help you along this process to ensure the best timely outcome.

I will mail the item to the address given to me by Etsy which is confirmed at payment checkout. Please ensure your address is correct. If you notice an error after your purchase "Please" message me within 24hrs and I will correct it. If the item returns to me without fault, the buyer will pay the shipping and handling fees again.

If you request a cancellation on your order prior to shipment there will be a 5% restocking fee of your total order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount in order to cover non-refundable fees incurred.
