Custom and personalized orders

Yes! Custom order requests are welcome but always left up to the shop owners discretion to approve or deny.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Upon request, an additional charge can be made in order to gift wrap items intended to be sent as gifts.

Can I rush an order faster than the processing time?

All orders ship within 3-8 business days. Generally orders are shipped around 3 days, but if the shop is experiencing a higher volume of orders, it could be closer to 8 days but that’s not the normal.

Do you accept returns?

No. I do not accept returns on any cutters, texture rollers or clay transfers. If an item is broken or damaged upon arrival, we will handle replacements, but no returns are accepted.

Do you replace packages damaged in shipping?

No. If a package is damaged in the shipping process, it is the responsibility of the customer to take the issue up with their post office. Feel free to contact me, as I often still try to help out if I can because I value the satisfaction of my customers, but ultimately I am not responsible for the mail carriers damaging any package.

Each sheet is approximately 3.75”x5” and has enough reindeer for 8 pair of earrings!

CLAY CUTTER DESCRIPTION:

With a.4mm cutting blade they are sharp and durable and little to no sanding is needed!

Sizes based on approximate measurements on the longest side of the cutter.

*TIPS: To keep clay from sticking and get a clean edge, dip in cornstarch or water before cutting clay. I recommend rolling clay onto a slick surface like a tile so that the clay will stick to the tile and not lift off when you cut into it. To clean cutters, use warm soapy water. Do not wash in dishwasher.

HOW TO USE:
These transfer sheets are perfect for all your clay projects!

Start with a light color clay such and white or cream.

Just lay the transfer (pattern side down) on your clay and smooth it down to make sure it completely stuck to the clay. Then run it underneath a gentle stream of water and watch the paper melt away! Let the clay dry for 5 mins and then cut and bake as normal.

**Be careful not to rub the transfer while it’s wet to avoid rubbing off the design. If fibers are left on the clay, this can be easily removed by rinsing the piece AFTER it’s baked.
