How Many Photos Per Order?

Each set includes one photo/image unless otherwise specified in the listing. If you'd like multiple photos: • Please purchase one set per photo. • The number of sets ordered must match the number of images provided. This helps keep production smooth and fair for all customers.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are completed in the order they are received to ensure fairness. Please note: • Etsy delivery estimates do not always include full processing time. • USPS shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. • Delays may occur during peak or holiday seasons. USPS Estimates: • Ground Advantage: 4–7 business days • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days If you need your item sooner, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.

I do not send previews or proofs as part of my standard process. This allows me to keep orders moving efficiently and deliver within my posted processing times.

Tracking Shows “Delivered” But You Can’t Find It

If your tracking shows delivered: • Check with neighbors, household members, or your building’s mailroom/front desk • Wait 24 hours (occasionally packages are mis-scanned and show up shortly after) • Contact your local post office with your tracking number USPS is sometimes able to check the GPS delivery scan associated with the delivery, which can help determine exactly where the carrier placed the package. Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. Because USPS handles delivery, I’m unable to control packages once they are in transit, but I’m always happy to help guide you through the steps to locate it.

Lost or Missing Packages

If an order is lost in transit: • Etsy’s Buyer/Seller Protection process must be initiated. • Once approved, the item will need to be repurchased so a new shipping label can be generated.
