Each of our HOT HONEY bears is labeled with a colored flame sticker indicating the level of heat they give. A Green flame is the least amount of heat, the. Yellow, Orange, and Red being the hottest of the 4 levels. This range is based on the Scoville Scale of the pepper we use to infuse our honey.

Honey is a 100% pure and natural sweetener made and stored in honeycombs by honey bees. We spin the honey out of the comb with centrifugal force to preserve the comb for reuse by the hive. The content of raw honey is impressive and includes high levels of protein, amino acids, B vitamins, calcium, manganese, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron.

Do not feed to infants under 1 year of age. Honey may naturally granulate. Gently warm the honey to liquify.
