For the production of our products, we utilize pine wood. This charming species of wood features a light coloration with distinctly pronounced grains. The structure of pine wood excellently showcases itself in the products we manufacture.

Natural Physical Properties of Wood

The cracking of wood is a natural phenomenon that occurs during its use. Surface cracks do not affect the usability of the product. The graying of wood is a natural and inevitable characteristic under the influence of prolonged exposure to atmospheric conditions (rain, UV radiation). The greying of wood is not a result of its flaws, and proper maintenance can adequately protect it from external factors. Resin leaks in coniferous wood are a normal occurrence. However, this does not affect the durability of the wood product. Over time, the resin dries up, becomes brittle, and can be easily removed with special cleaning agents. The natural physical properties of wood are not wood defects and cannot be the subject of complaints.

Maintenance - wood used outdoors is exposed to varying atmospheric conditions. It requires adequate protection against moisture, sunlight, biological factors, and mechanical damage. For products made of natural wood (untreated), it is essential to protect the product with a wood protection agent before outdoor use. For outdoor products use, we recommend impregnating the furniture once a year to maintain the wood's natural properties for as long as possible. We recommend re-impregnation in subsequent years of use to maintain the furniture in the best condition for as long as possible. During the autumn-winter period, we recommend storing the furniture in a covered place, such as a garage. Furniture should not be covered with plastic film

Taxes and customs duties

Please be aware about additional taxes that may appear if you are outside EU. UK buyers may be asked to pay import tax.

In case of product return, the shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The refund for the product will be processed after the seller receives the product in undamaged condition, without any signs of use.

Procedure for product damage during transport

Always check the package for any damage. If you have any concerns about the packaging, write a 'damage protocol' with the courier and open the package in their presence to check if the product is undamaged. If the package arrived damaged, please contact us immediately (no later than 3 days from the delivery date). As part of the complaint process, we will require photographic evidence of the damage to both the packaging and the item itself. We strongly recommend keeping all damaged items and packaging until all disputes are resolved. Further advice regarding returns and exchanges/refunds will be provided as soon as possible.
