*️⃣ What type of alcohol should I infuse?
We recommend starting with an affordable unflavored vodka.

*️⃣ What's the shelf life of your infusion kits?
When tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry space, the botanicals in our kits will retain their flavor for a minimum of one year. Once the tubes are opened, however, we recommend using them within six months.

*️⃣ Can I change or cancel my order?
You are welcome to change or cancel your order before the order status changes to "Pre-Transit." At that point, your order has been processed and may already be on its way to our local post office. For orders that include a personalized wood card, cancellations must be requested before you receive your digital proof.

*️⃣ My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Within 48 hours of delivery, please send us (1) at least one photo of the EXTERNAL shipping box with the shipping label visible and (2) at least one photo that clearly shows ALL of the items you received. These photos allow our small business to file an insurance claim with the U.S. Postal Service. Once we receive your photos, we will promptly provide a full or partial refund or ship a replacement, depending on the situation.
*International Orders: Please note that Etsy's standard international shipping method does NOT include insurance. Without insurance, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements if packages shipped outside the U.S. are lost or damaged.

During the holiday season, we work hard to provide same-day shipping whenever possible. Personalized cards require additional processing time, up to 2 business days. Etsy will send you an email with tracking info once your order ships.

Delivery speed is determined by ( 1 ) the shipping option you choose during checkout and ( 2 ) the distance between Atlanta and your order's destination. We offer these options:
• USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 Business Days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 48 Hours
• Standard International: Varies by Destination
• USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days

We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date. For the quickest delivery, we highly recommend upgrading to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.

Please message us if you'd like to pick up your order. Etsy doesn’t allow this option at checkout so orders under $35 will show a shipping charge, but we’ll refund it once you pick up your order.

Return Policy

Crafted Infusions has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return via Etsy message. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for how to package your item. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non­refundable, which means the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund: Discounted items purchased during a sale or with a promotional code, bulk purchases, and personalized items such as wood cards.
