- Medium - this is a slightly looser resistance than the heavy strength, suitable for more upbeat or faster paced resistance workouts.
* Medium is recommended to beginners or to those who may be new to resistance training.
* Medium strength is also useful for all levels depending on the workout your doing! (I use a mixture of strengths myself).
