We take great care in creating your necklace and want you to love it for years to come. To keep it looking just like the day you bought it, here are our recommendations:
* Remove your necklace before entering the water, including the pool, beach, shower, or even the sauna. It will wear off the gold shine.
* Avoid chemical jewelry cleaners
* Store jewelry in a cool, dry place
* Keep away from perfumes and other chemicals
* Use a lint-free cloth to lightly clean your necklace

1. We are always willing to help with any issue that may arise with your purchase, but since we hand cut all of the letters per your order, we are unable to accept cancellations after 24 hours from the time you place your order.
2. If there is an issue with your chain or necklace, we want to replace it. However, if the issue is your chain length, we are not obligated to replace it. Please pay attention to all the details of your order before you place it.
3. Please pay attention to name spelling, letter order, symbol placement, and the name you’ve chosen, because we take special care to create your order. We do not accept returns for misspellings if that is how it was spelled on the order.
