How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage shipping with a flat charge of $5.00. Free shipping is provided on orders of $35 or more. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders will arrive anywhere between 1-7 business days. International orders will arrive anywhere between 6-20 business days. Please Note: Delivery times may be longer due to the current mail delays.

Can I edit or change my order?

Once your order has been submitted, I only accept edits and changes within 12 hours after your purchase, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact me as soon as you can regarding the changes you would like made.

Do the products come with warranty?

Due to the fact that all items are wish bracelets and are meant to fall off over time, they do not come with warranty. Wish bracelets typically last anywhere from 6-weeks to a year, but keep in mind that the timing will be different for everyone.

What if my package got stolen or lost?

Dainty Thread Co. is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If your order is lost during shipping, you can pay 50% of your original payment amount to have another order shipped out OR you can receive a refund of ONLY 50% of your original payment amount. NO ORDERS WILL BE RESENT WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT AND NO ORDERS WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED. Thank you for your understanding.

I accidentally entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

If your order has not yet shipped, please send me a message right away with the correct address. Once the order has been shipped, Dainty Thread Co. is not responsible for where the package goes. Please double-check all information before submitting your order to prevent this from happening!
