IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CUPS! This easel was designed to fit the Sea to Summit X-shot cup, but they are impossible to find right now. The optional cup upgrade is a slightly larger cup that will fit well in the cup hole with a little lip for more of a barrier and it has larger water capacity than the x-shot cup! It is a collapsible silicone cup that you can see in action on my CARI easel highlight on my IG @rebeccacaridadart
What's the difference between acrylic CARI easel and the wooden CARI easel?
Acrylic and Wooden CARI easels are the exact same design. The acrylic easel is sharp looking, all shiny and black. Because of the nature of acrylic it will pick up on smudges and finger prints quite easily and also has the potential of cracking if dropped on a hard surface. The wooden CARI easel is made of a finished birchwood, which creates a layer of protection from liquid and has a satin finish. Because of the nature of wood it will be a little more flexible so you shouldn't have an issue with cracks if dropped on a hard surface. Please let me know if you have any questions!
