How long does delivery to USA take?

Standard delivery to the United States takes 5-9 days. For faster delivery please contact me . Currently USA delivery is on hold until tariffs are worked out with Royal Mail delivery

Where do your materials come from

All wooden items are made by a third party with laser engraving performed by Sufficiently Edgy, see individual listing for source of wood. Computers/PCBs are from various different sources

Who makes your designs

Designing and engraving are both done personally in the UK using a powerful blue light laser.

How quickly do you dispatch items

This depends on availability however generally I dispatch Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays when possible.

How long does laser engraving last for, will it come off with use?

Laser engraving uses a powerful laser beam of energy to etch the design into the wood. This means it does not come off with wear so you will have it for life :) .

What are your green credentials?

Wherever possible packaging is re-used and recycled. With PCB items being made from circuit boards that would have otherwise ended in landfill. Laser engraving does produce smoke from etching the design into the wood so it will never come off. To offset this I have tried various filters to remove the smoke rather than releasing it. As well as that, Sufficiently edgy plant bee friendly flowers from the sale of bookmarks and plant trees also for carbon offsetting :).

What delivery to the USA do you provide?

Great question, I now offer Delivery Duty Paid to the USA so there shouldn't be anything else to pay on delivery. As standard this is a 5-7 day service, or I have faster delivery available with couriers such as FedEx, UPS and DPD

Do you sell to the EU and do you have a responsible person?

Great question! Yes, sufficiently Edgy still sell to the EU and Items will now have safety data in your language and fully recyclable packaging to comply with import laws.
