CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS FOR THE RING

Many of our rings are handcrafted to order and may offer options such as size, finish, or gemstone type. For additional customizations (engraving, extra stones, material changes, or design adjustments), please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and pricing.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

As each piece is individually handcrafted to order, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, a 50% refund of the item price will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. The remaining 50% covers materials, production time, and craftsmanship. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

All rings are handcrafted to order. Production time is typically 1–5 business days, depending on the design and current order volume. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Please ensure your Etsy shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services or customs procedures.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier and work toward a fair resolution.

Each ring is carefully packed in a protective gift box, suitable for gifting or safe storage.

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. As we begin processing and preparing each handcrafted order shortly after it is placed, cancellation requests made after 1 hour cannot be guaranteed. Please review your selection, ring size, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
