Do you accept requests for custom items?

I enjoy working on custom requests for my existing products. However, it can be challenging to accommodate projects that fall outside my current production line.

Do you accept requests for logo or branded items?

Please send me a message about your request and we can discuss the possibilities together. Please note that a minimum order quantity is required, and additional setup fees will apply for the creation of a logo stamp, as well as for any samples or testing needed to achieve the desired results.

Do you offer wholesale?

As a solo producer, handling wholesale orders is challenging for me. However, I can offer discounts for bulk orders depending on the product. Please be aware that fulfilling large orders may require additional time—sometimes several months—beyond my regular production schedule.

Is your work microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, all of my mugs, plates and cups are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, please avoid thermal shock meaning rapid temperature changes from cold to warm (hot) or vice versa from hot to cold. If you were keeping a bowl in the fridge, it's better to wait till it comes to room temperature, before putting it in the microwave.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?

Due to the item's unique nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you offer rush production?

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Jasmin's Clay Works is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after your order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
