SHIPPING POLICY/INFORMATION
We ensure every item is individually packed with care, using tissue paper and non-tarnishing polyester fiber in a sturdy chipboard box, to guarantee safe and undamaged delivery. We offer complimentary domestic shipping across the United States via USPS, and provide discounted rates for shipments to Canada. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, exclusively from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. For high value orders, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note, import duties, taxes, and additional charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

TESTING PROCESSES
At Jewelry-Is-Me, we employ rigorous testing to ensure the authenticity and quality of our items. All metals undergo nitric acid tests and further verification through our Hitachi XRF Analyzer X-MET8000, guaranteeing that items labeled as gold are genuine and not merely gold plated. Gemstones are tested with a Presidium Gem Tester II. Gem testers will not differentiate natural gemstones from their synthetic counterparts which means that we cannot guarantee natural stones unless we specifically state that it is natural in the listing. Many gemstones have properties that overlap and could potentially be one of many varieties of gemstones. Jewelry-Is-Me does our best to identify stones based on the tester readings to determine whether the item is a specific gemstone. We are not GIA certified gemologists. Given our limitations, we encourage customers to verify what we sell if there are any questions and we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
