SHIPPING & LOST PARCELS

We can offer EXPRESS SHIPPING. Shipping time is 1-4 business days. We recommend the Express shipping option during the Holiday season. Shipping guaranteed on time. You can contact us for an adjustment of express shipping prices. All orders are shipped through Lithuanian post and “FedEx”, TNT couriers. You can choose it at checkout. Shipping time depends on your country, • Usually, orders are completed in 3-7 business days • Your package will be shipped within 1-2 days after making of fabrics. We will not be responsible for any delays, payments of import duties, and tax on overseas shipping. Lost Parcels The package is considered lost if it doesn't come within 60 days from the posting date and tracking does not work.

Taxes, customs, and duties fees All Isole Linen items are shipped in Lithuania (Europe). We are not responsible for any 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐱𝐞𝐬 and 𝐝𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 you may incur. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs and import duties vary widely from country to country. For your convenience, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for information prior to ordering.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns of all non-personalized items at the regular price. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 working days of receiving your order. Remember: • The item must be returned in full; • The item must be in perfect condition; • Item must be unworn; • Item must be in the original packaging with all labels. We can only exchange or refund tailored fabrics, sale items, and custom items if they are defective. Refunds can only be made for items at regular prices. This does not apply to items purchased with a voucher code or business-wide sales. Unfortunately, your own or those bought at a clearance sale are non-refundable.

HOW DO I WASH MY FABRIC?

It is recommended to wash by hand at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. All clothes should be washed inside out. DO NOT tumble dry, do not bleach, use medium ironing.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN PRINT FOR FABRIC/CLOTHING?

Sure! You can send us a vector or PDF file with your print, and we’ll make a fabric or garment with it.
