This is a handcrafted lampwork glass heart shaped bead necklace made by me with a silver rich glass that gives streaky pink colours and a faint shimmer.

The bead has been made into a pendant using sterling silver with a sterling silver bail and strung on an 18 inch sterling silver chain (I also have 16 inch chains available, please specify requirements on ordering). It is also possible to purchase the pendant without the chain, with a leather cord necklace (different colours and lengths available), or a waxed cotton cord necklace (various colours and lengths available). The bead was made using a bench mounted torch and then put into a digitally controlled kiln overnight to cool slowly. The total pendant length is approx 42mm long (bead is approximately 33mm in length, 35mm wide and approximately 11mm thick (not including the dots).

My jewellery is generally shipped wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a turquoise organza bag and then placed in a bubblewrap envelope. I can also pack the item in a pretty turquoise box, however this will increase the postage price. For more information please don't hesitate to contact me.

My inspiration for my work comes from where I live in North Devon, UK where I am surrounded by wonderful countryside and a wild coastline with the Atlantic Ocean beyond.
