If using VOC free paint, in certain situations, you may experience difficulty installing wall decals. To minimize any difficulties, make sure the paint has fully cured for 4 weeks prior, the humidity in the room is 50% or higher during the install and for 24 hours after, and that the graphic remain on the wall for a minimum of 24 hours prior to removing the application tape.

All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and your order is fully insured for any loss or damage during transit. In the event your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately for step by step instructions. You must retain any/all packaging received until the claims process is completed.
