Diamond Simulants vs Lab Diamonds

Simulated Diamonds: There are many different types of simulated diamonds in the market, the most common is cubic zirconia, however we use Corundum which is a very tough and durable stone with the same appearance as diamond to the human eye. We guarantee 100% top quality, these stones will last for decades and will not become cloudy over time. Lab Diamonds: These are still real diamonds however enhanced through a high heat, high pressure process (similar to how natural diamonds are formed). This process is used to improve their colour, making them whiter, also their clarity. We stock these diamonds and can also order them in if required.

Whilst we are based in the UK, most of our customers live in the USA, so we use USA sizing as standard. If you require help converting your size into a US size, please contact us. Alternatively, we display a size conversion chart on most of our listing photos. If you are unsure of your required size, it is best to have your finger size professionally checked. Alternatively you can purchase our own finger sizing tool which can be found in our store. We advise to avoid measuring your finger with string or paper as this method is not accurate.

Titanium: This metal requires zero maintenance and you will not need to remove it at any time. Warm water, dish washing liquid and a small fine brush is the best method to clean this metal. Sterling silver and gold filled: To help to prolong its finish try to avoid wearing your jewellery whilst bathing and never wear whilst swimming since it will deteriorate the finish quicker and cause tarnishing. To clean, silver or gold soaking solution and a fine microfiber cloth works well.

Postage UK - We offer RM tracked 48 as standard, we also offer upgrades including tracked 24, First Class and Special delivery at additional cost. Other Countries - Standard shipping is via Royal Mail International tracked and insured. USA: We pay your tariff/tax fee upfront, so you will not be charged additional fees before delivery. We also offer DHL express, for USA and Canada, the fee includes your tax/duty charges upfront, so you will not have to pay any additional charges during or after delivery. (This is why the shipping fee may seem higher than normal, but it actually saves you a little expense).

Whilst most of our jewellery can be engraved, unfortunately we do not offer an engraving service at the moment.

Lab gems vs natural gems?

We offer a variety of both lab created and natural gems. Lab created gems have the same properties and appearance as natural gems. Generally a lab created gem would look the same as a top quality natural gem, with VVS to flawless clarity but at a fraction of the cost. By purchasing lab gems you can make an affordable purchase without compromising quality. Whilst natural gems are beautiful, they can be very expensive. If you don't see a particular stone variation for an item you like, please message us as we can offer almost any stones in any of our items.

What grade of titanium is used?

We use grade 2 titanium for all our pieces. Titanium is a very similar colour to platinum. All our titanium rings are safe and can be cut off in case of an emergency.

Filled gold is the highest form of gold plating. This term should not be confused with regular gold plating as gold fill items have a far higher amount of gold applied. It will not flake, peel or not change colour if the correct care is given. The gold layers are usually applied over sterling silver, surgical steel or titanium depending on the design. Please note that if sterling silver is used as the core metal, your item will be stamped with 925. This is a very durable and affordable option but as mentioned, correct care must be given. Avoid wearing if you are going to be going anything which could damage the ring and always remove before swimming.

Do you accept returns of exchanges?

As we hand make all of our pieces, unfortunately we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. However, if you purchase the wrong size, we do offer a resizing service. If you make a purchase with us, your package will contain a resizing form which explains everything.

How are orders packaged?

We package all jewellery into small gift boxes which are then packed into padded/bubble mailing envelopes. If multiple pieces are ordered, we will package them into the same gift box to help save waste, however if individual boxes are needed then please send us a message. Delivery packaging is plain and discreet.

Set into this beautiful trilogy ring are 100% genuine white moissanite and natural peridots.

The main D White moissanite measures 5mm diameter and the 2 smaller peridots measure 3mm diameter.

Only the highest quality stones are used, there will be no visible chip or scratches.

The band measures 1.5mm wide and the setting has been raised slightly to allow this ring to sit perfectly flush against most other rings.
