1. Default free shipping within Canada. If you wish to track your order, you may choose the Tracked option at checkout.

2. Refund requests are honoured if you receive a damaged package. Please kindly send me a photo of the product within 2 days of receiving it. If possible, I can also send a replacement.

3. Exchange requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your package and will be processed once I receive the product in good condition. **Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility.

4. All added customs and taxes are buyer’s responsiblity.

5. I package items with extreme care but unfortunately delays, damages and lost packages can still happen. I am not responsible for any lost or held packages at your local post office as I have no control over how the package is handled after it has been dispatched. If you receive a damaged item, please refer to #2.
