No worries — we’ve got you covered! If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will send you a brand-new replacement at no additional cost. We take full responsibility and will cover all expenses related to the replacement, including production and shipping. Please note that our standard packaging does not include a gift box or gift wrapping. However, if you're purchasing a gift and want it to look extra special, you can easily add gift wrapping at checkout. We offer a selection of beautiful, high-quality gift papers to suit any occasion — whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, or holiday surprise. Simply select the gift wrap option, and we’ll carefully wrap your item so it’s ready to be gifted straight out of the box!

◾️What materials are used in your toys? Are your toys safe for children?

We use high-quality birch plywood for our puzzles, finished with water-based, non-toxic paints that are completely safe for kids. Our solid wood pieces are made from durable maple and coated with natural linseed oil for added protection. Each item is carefully sanded to a smooth finish to ensure safe, enjoyable play. Additionally, our toys come with an EU Declaration of Conformity, assuring you of their safety and compliance with European standards.

◾️How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Production usually takes between 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is ready and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via Etsy. Please note that it might take some time for the tracking information to update, as we work with different postal services and carriers before the package reaches the main shipping provider. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but on average, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.

◾️What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 21 days, in accordance with our shop policy. Please note that, as per Etsy guidelines, buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, if the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value will be the buyer’s responsibility. If you’d like to initiate a return, just contact us — we’ll provide you with the return address in Ukraine. Once we receive your package, you can choose either a full refund or a replacement item.

Although the U.S. has added a 10% import duty on Ukrainian goods, we cover this cost for you. ✅ EU & UK As long as your order is under €150, VAT is already collected at checkout by Etsy, so you won't be charged again upon delivery. 👉 Please note: in rare cases, some countries (including the UK, EU, or others) may still apply additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
