Franca has to be one of the most patient shop owners I've ever run known here on Etsy! I place an order, which she promptly processed with a tracking number and such. She placed it in a good size plastic bag for safe travel. She shipped it off using her local postal service. So far so good. But then something happened and no information was coming through on her end for tracking nor on my end here in the U.S. I was not expecting my order by Christmas due to how late I made my purchases, but that was okay. It was something to look forward to in the New Year. But as time went on, I became more and more concerned about where the package was. Franca checked on her end and I on my end. Nothing. But Franca assured me she'd replace everything! PERFECT customer service! My order finally arrived! And everything is perfect!! xx
