1. All orders will be shipped with phytosanitary certificate included (it is required for customs clearance in each country). Phytosanitary certificate is free of charge to include for US buyers,
2. We pack your package with love and care with great efforts & insulation to avoid being damaged by cold weather and ensure the plants will be delivered to you in good shape & condition . If you have any special requests & instructions please contact us.
3. We guarantee live on arrival (refund less shipping costs). Please message us upon delivery of your plant if it is in less-than-ideal health. Any package that is delivered to you damaged including the content, PLEASE take photographs & video of both the box and the plant then inform us within 24 hours after arrival. Initial cosmetic issues such as browning tips or leaves yellowing can occur as a result of shipping any live plant.
4. Refund and replacement applied for plant dead on arrival ONLY
Replacement: We will offer the given plant(s) excluding shipping cost. If you consider replacement, we shall request a full shipping charge from you to enhance your shipment.
Refund: We will keep it between partial or full refund as the case may be. We will refund the plant price to you excluding shipping cost.
5. By purchasing the plant(s) buyer agrees to the terms & conditions.
