Due to the digital nature of our items, we have the standard policy for digital downloadable media; we do not accept Refunds/Exchanges/Returns for our SVG designs. However, should you encounter any issues with our files, we are more than happy to assist you. Simply message us with any issues, and we will ensure that the files are quickly corrected so that they are entirely usable, and as described in our listings :)
