She worked with me within 2 weeks everything got processed and delivered as promised. Only problem was my cousin didn't have the functionality of taking a pdf to print out. So if it would've been sent by way of jpg. It would've been super easy and a cleaner print out to give to the birthday guy. But no worries it somewhat worked. In the end-HANDS DOWN WILL BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
