Combination outdoor bird feeder and bird seed catcher - wood bird feeders handmade in USA - comes with bird feeder hanging hardware

These hanging outdoor bird feeders are all handmade in the U.S.A. from rustic western red cedar wood. This combination outdoor bird feeder and bird seed catcher (tray bird feeder) are the perfect set up for any bird watcher.

While observing song birds feeding at different bird feeders, I noticed that many of them pick thru the food until they find their favorite or 'perfect' seed or nut, dropping much of the food on the ground. I designed this outdoor bird feeder system to catch and hold the food in the bottom tray that the birds drop from the bird feeder above the tray so the food doesn't fall on the ground and get wasted.

After designing and using this outdoor bird decor, it became apparent that as birds dropped seed onto the bird seed catcher tray many other birds would simultaneously land on and feed on the tray! So, the tray actually has a fantastic dual purpose - it catches the dropped bird seed and is a bird feeder at the same time!
