These tote bags were a great gift for my sisters' birthday cruise. Customer service was prompt & polite. 1 out of the 5 totes has a bit of trouble with the zipper, hard to zip close unless at a certain angle, other than that these totes are great value for money (bought during the Black Friday Sales).
