I ordered when there was a strike with the Canadian post, which I didn’t know was going on prior to purchasing, so shipping took an over a month and a half. The seller communicated this after I asked why my package had zero movement on the tracking. Secondly, the chain snapped after two weeks of my boyfriend wearing it. He was literally just turning the chain so the clasp would be in the back. I understand this occurred outside of their exchange and return windows but considering I waited so long for shipping I was expecting at least a free repair but was told I would have to pay for that and my own shipping. Overall, I do not think I would purchase again.

Dear Hannah, Thank you for your Feedback i wish you could write the whole story here ! As mentioned in my initial communication, I had intended to upgrade your shipping to DHL, ensuring a faster delivery without the need for you to request expedited service. However, due to the address being located on a military base, only USPS was able to handle the shipment. As a result, I had to work with Canada Post, as USPS collaborates with them in this region. Unfortunately, the Canada Post strike was an unforeseen circumstance beyond my control. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. About the necklace i also offered you to exchange or repair and you reject it . Regards Mary
