At Pink Posies and Pearls, we strive to keep production running smoothly so your order arrives on time. Please review our proof policy below:

Basic Design Orders
- For designs where the overall layout remains the same as the example shown in the product listing, we do not send digital proofs.
- Our design software only displays in black and white and does not reflect custom ink, acrylic, or material colors.
- Your sign will look exactly like the sample image, with your personalized text (such as names and dates, if applicable) and your selected colors from the order form. Our designers have the right to exercise their artistic freedom and professional judgment when creating designs.
- To ensure orders ship on schedule, we do not pause production for proofs when the overall design layout is unchanged. Rest assured, all formatting will match the style of the example photos provided.

Highly Customized Orders
For orders that involve significant layout changes—such as new fonts, rearranged design elements, or custom artwork—we provide a proof for review prior to production IF SPECIFIED on the order form. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the proof to ensure accuracy. If no response is received within 2 business days, we will proceed with production as shown in the proof to avoid delays. Please note that highly customized orders are non-refundable once approved or automatically processed after the review period.

2. Shipping and Delivery: We offer shipping services for domestic and international orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Our processing time is normally 2 weeks before shipment. Rush processing and shipment can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us to discuss the options. Delivery times vary based on shipping method and location.

3. Color Variances: Due to monitor variations, colors may slightly differ from the final printed product. Requesting physical color samples is recommended for critical orders. WE DO NOT OFFER METALLIC PRINTING AT THIS TIME. We can print in a gold, silver or rose gold tone, but it will not be metallic or foil finish. If you would like a metallic finish, we recommend purchasing our laser metallic ADD ON to add to your item.

4. Returns and Refunds: PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN POLICY AT THE VERY END.

5. Cancellations and Modifications: Order cancellations or modifications can be made within a specific timeframe. Contact us immediately for assistance. If the order has already moved through our design and/or printing departments, a fee will be charged to modify or cancel the item to cover the cost of labor/materials.
