Our items are all hand-painted in the color of your choice.

Generally we apply a base primer coat, followed by several coats of paint and then followed with a sealer coat (if necessary).

To achieve a finish that looks great and last a long time, we have to let the paint cure in between coats. Depending on the weather and the paint used, this means the process takes several days.

We know that your décor is a reflection of your personality and style!

Since all of our items are custom painted in the color of your choice, we do not offer refunds.


We make sure each item listing contains dimensions, measurements and item details that are as accurate as possible.
However due to the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations from piece to piece.
ALL dimensions are approximate.

We are a small family business, not a large corporation.
If we do agree to a return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
The buyer is responsible for shipping both ways if it is for an exchange.


Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.

There will be a 30% fee on returned items to cover the cost of stripping the product so it can be repainted and resold.

We try to keep our prices as low as possible to be competitive and to give our customers great value.

While we can't always offer a discount on the item, we can generally find a way to discount the shipping/handling when ordering multiple items.

If you see an item we offer being sold for less on Etsy, then let us know and we'll see if we can match the price!

We do our best to make sure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual item.

The differences in screen settings between some monitors and mobile devices,may cause a slight difference in color between what is shown in the listing and the final product.

If you need a certain color matched exactly, contact us before purchasing so that arrangements can be made to obtain a sample of the color you need matched.
There may be an additional fee for this.

Due to the molding process of cast iron, there may be slight cosmetic defects in the piece.
We try to cull out any that are extreme or severe, however any minor blemishes are considered part of the individuality of the piece.

If we have a picture of the item in that color, then we will be more than happy to send you a link.

Please keep in mind that all of our items are hand painted to the colors our customers choose.
We do not have the items pre-painted, sitting on a shelf.

This can make it difficult to show every item in every color.

However, even if we don't have that particular item in a certain color, we will have a photo of another item in that color to give you a good idea of what it will look like.

With over 75 color choices, it is possible that we may not have added it.

We have an extensive color chart that shows over 50 of our most popular colors.

However if there is a color you are looking for that just isn't there, let us know and we will get it added to the list!
