To print your digital files, I recommend using a professional printing service. You may also print them out at home if you wish, and recommend using matte or satin heavier weight paper for the best print quality. Please note that color outcome/quality can vary depending on the paper used and your computer monitor.

You will already have your digital image In 1-3 working days. You can print it immediately on the same day and do not have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery.

• At eye level and straight
If you get down to the same level as your pet, you'll have an easier time capturing him up close as he looks straight into the camera. Don't take a photo of your pet from above so that it looks up.

• Natural lighting is key
Natural light always results in the best photos, try taking your pet’s photo in the morning, early evening, or in a well lit room.

• What to avoid
Upload blurry or dull photos. The pet is in a lying position. Pet in the photo in the far distance

Please be aware that a poor quality photo (blurry, noisy, dark shadows, dark, low resolution, bad angle) may result in a poor quality portrait.
It's your responsibility to send us a good photo to work with.
The final result of the portrait depends entirely on the photos you send.
