Returns and exchanges

Please, read carefully the description of the item you are interested before you buy it. My photos convey the color of the original and are not subject to color correction. Note that color may vary a bit from display to display. Please let me know, If you want any additional photos. I'm sure of the quality of my dolls, because I have been working on other trading floors for a long time and I have many regular customers. So think carefully before buying. Statements like "I did not think so", "I changed my mind" are not the reason for the return. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be considered in special circumstances.

Make the personal order are non-refundable. Please Contact me within 2 days of delivery, if you have any problems with your order. Product it can be replaced or returned only in special cases minus shipment costs and Etsy & Paypal fees. Please, contact me by e-mail, before returning any product. Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a track number. If item is damaged, no refund. I'm always ready for a peaceful solution of any problems!

Custom and personalised orders

I accept individual orders. It can be not only the repetitions of my sold works, but also your ideas, favorite characters, personalized dolls photo man and drawings. Everything is discussed individually. I'll gladly create something special just for you. All my dolls and toys are completely handmade, so I do need time for making them - from 3 -5 days to 1-3 weeks. It depends on the complexity of the work and the amount of current orders.

I myself create dolls, so I can consider suggestions on changing the size of the submitted works. If you want to change doll's size, which in not stated in doll's description, send a question. This is possible, if it does not affect the design of the doll.

Please, note: My dolls and toys have the cleansing features specified in the product description. For some, dry clean only. Some dolls is hand washed, with mild soap, in warm water. Most dolls and toys do not contain any timber or metal frames inside. Some dolls contain small parts, a frame inside and are not intended for children. This is indicated in their description. If you need such a doll for a child, then the design changes according to the order and is suitable for children.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All products are securely packed before shipment standard post boxes from a dense cardboard. Protection against wetting. More information on the availability of gift wrapping is indicated in each listings. If you need gift box, I can do it also. Please, ask me for details before ordering.

Wholesale availability
