First off, I'm not one who likes to sew but I wanted to make a Loch Ness Monster and bought this pattern. In fact, I'm rather terrified of the sewing machine. This pattern was easy enough for me to follow and I managed to make the small monster without too much turmoil. My first attempt wasn't a disaster but my monster's front fins didn't get lined up right so my monster looks a bit deformed but even so, is quite charming. This was my learning attempt and I'm sure I've learned from any mishaps I had whilst making the monster. The directions were clear and the illustrations were very helpful. If I can make this Loch Ness Monster, anybody can!
