All my items are carefully packed and depending on the item I use bubble plastic, foam, styrofoam chips and/or crumpled newspapers. With envirement in mind I use recycled boxes in good condition.

I only use carrieres who provide track and trace service, and I will send you the tracking number, so both you and I can follow your order.

I will make sure that the shipment is insured corresponding to the value of your order.
I do not refund products that have been lost or damaged in the process of delivery. Any such claims should be addressed to the currier or postal service.

I will do all my best to locate a lost shipment.
