What Size & Color Should I Choose?

• All shirts & sweatshirts are unisex sizing. For a slimmer fit, you may want to order one size smaller than their usual size . • Please refer to the size chart in the listing photographs to determine your size & color. We do not issue refunds or process returns resulting from ordering the incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering. • If you are unsure what size to order, you can measure a shirt or sweatshirt that you already own to see what size would fit you best. Our shirts and sweatshirts are measured by laying on a flat surface. • Shirts & sweatshirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing. • Please note: the colors that appear on your monitor can vary greatly to the actual garment color.

My Package Has Shipped, But I Haven't Received It Yet

Due to changes to USPS and DHL, shipping has been experiencing delays. Keep in mind that the shipping times listed in our shop policies are estimates, and that once your package has been handed over for shipping, we do not have control over this process. Lux Velvet Studio cannot be held responsible or liable for delays caused by the carrier. To make sure that your order ships smoothly, please make sure that your shipping address is correct, since we are not responsible for issues due to the customer giving the wrong address.

All discounts are advertised on our product listings. Please be aware that we do not haggle or negotiate pricing.

We offer a 3 hour cancellation window after an order has been placed. After 3 hours, your order has been pushed-through to our print provider and we cannot stop production.

We DO NOT cover stolen items. Please make sure when ordering that items are being sent to a secure location. If a package is stolen please use your provided tracking number and reach out to your local USPS. Thank you.
