I need my item by a certain date, can you guarantee it will arrive on time?

Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee on time delivery of your product due to delays with USPS. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery of their mail by a certain date, unless the method of shipping is express mail, BabyStafaz cannot guarantee on time arrival of your item if you need it by a certain date. However, we will do everything in our power to get the item shipped out as soon as possible.

I opened my package with a scissors and cut the contents of my order. Will you replace the product?

We never recommend cutting open your package. Unfortunately, we do not replace items that have been damaged due to cutting the package open.

Someone stole my items from my mailbox can you send me another item?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. Please contact your local police department to file a stolen mail report.

Can personalized orders be returned or exchanged?

Personalized orders can not be returned or exchanged for any reasons. Because like other orders, before pressing the create order button, you have done many different steps and decided to purchase that items. Moreover, with customized orders, we can not re-sell to other customers when it is cancelled. Returning or canceling my order will have a negative effects to my small store. Hope you can understand and sympathize with us.

Cancel my order, please, since it has not yet shipped. It will not arrive on time. If you do not cancel it, I will dispute it.

Our goal is to offer the Best Customer Service and fastest shipping to our customers! However, because products are made to order and products are sold seasonally, the store's policy is not to cancel for subjective reasons from the customer. Returns or exchanges are only accepted when it is our fault. Delivery time may vary from time to time and I have no control over it, but rest assured that I will try to push it shipped as soon as possible. Therefore, urgent orders need to be contacted before creating an order. If customers need it urgently, they can contact us before placing an order to make sure they receive it on time. I do not process urgent orders by leaving notes in the order. Please sympathize and understand me.
