Are the prints framed?

My prints do not come framed and I do not offer framing. Most of my prints are A5 size (5.8 inches x 8.3 inches) so purchasing an A5 size frame should most likely suit the print. :)

Why has my order not arrived yet?

Please see estimated shipping times in the Shipping section. If your order is taking longer than the estimated time please double-check the submitted address, check your local post office and the customs, and finally, contact me with your inquiry. Please understand that after I mail your order to the address you provided I do not have control over the amount of time it takes to reach you and whether it reaches you successfully - that is all up to the couriers. It usually takes me 1-3 days to print and package your order and deliver it to the post office. The estimated shipping times are calculated from then on (after the 3 days). Thank you for understanding.

Returns and exchange details

Please contact me if you are less than fully satisfied with something you have ordered. I will be happy to arrange a full refund if the reason is genuine. The print(s) will need to be returned to me undamaged before a refund can be made. Return postage is at buyer's expense.
