Why did my product become harder than normal?

If you receive a product made with coconut oil or hard butter in colder months it may harden. This will NOT affect your product at all, simply keep at room temp, leave near heater until soften or sit it in small bowl of warm water. Just do not over heat as you may melt the sugar or salt. Keep lid on to avoid water exposure.
