🌷What are your shipping policies?

I currently ship mainly just to US addresses and the below applies to these orders but I do ship internationally on a case by case basis. If you live outside the US, send me a message!! I'm not trying to make a profit off shipping. I will charge the lowest possible price I can while also providing you with protection for lost orders.

🌷What's the difference between a Pitney Bowes tracking number and a USPS tracking number?

Pitney Bowes tracking numbers begin with a 0 and cannot be tracked through the USPS. You can find tracking information at pitneybowes.com. Please note that in many cases your order might not look like it's moving but I can assure you that if you receive a message that your order has shipped, then I have shipped it. Should an issue arise with you order though, the post office WILL NOT be able to assist you in locating it. USPS tracking numbers begin with a 9 and can be tracked through the USPS website. Should an issue arise, the post office WILL be able to assist you in finding your order or help with filing a claim.

🌷What is your return policy?

No, due to the majority of my product being custom, all sales are final.

🌷My order shows delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

Many times the USPS will mark an item as delivered up to a few days prior to it actually being received. Frustrating I know, but it happens more frequently than you would think. In my experience, most orders do eventually show up soon thereafter. If you've checked the normal areas where you mail sometimes gets misplaced and it's not there, please wait a little longer to see if it arrives. You can always reach out to me if you need assistance as well!

🌷Are your stickers waterproof / dishwasher safe?

A good majority of them are but some are not. It will be specifically noted in each listing details. Non water proof stickers are water resistant, scratch resistant, weather resistant, and fade resistant, but not suitable for dishwashers. Waterproof stickers are all of the above AND dishwasher / car wash safe.

🌷Can you make me something with a company logo/brand on it?

Unfortunately no. While I love to help with custom designs, trademark issues prohibit me from making anything that has any type of brand or company logo on it unless it is your own.

🌷My order was returned to you as undeliverable what now?

There are two options: 1. You may request a refund less any shipping charges you paid. 2. I will resend your order provided you pay an additional fee to cover the cost to reship. As mentioned, I do not make a profit off shipping. I typically pay $1.00 or more for the shipping label than what I charge so I cannot resend returned orders free of charge.
