✿ Alyssabeths Vintage is NOT responsible and will not refund (unless insurance has been purchased) for Lost, Delayed Shipping, Stolen or Damaged Packages/Orders! ✿ Shipping & International Customs delays are beyond our control ! ✿We will NOT - Issue a Refund nor Re-Ship / Replace in the following situations * Package has been marked “DELIVERED” by USPS or other courier service * Package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by buyer * Package has been stolen ✿ USPS does not consider a package lost until: We will NOT issue a refund until these dates ! * Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date * International: minimum of 45 days past shipping date * International ITALY: 60 days past shipping date.

✿ ALL of our handset rhinestone components & set cameos/cabochons are Set to Order / Custom items, if returned to our shop for any reason there is a 15% restocking fee! * PLEASE, check your order as soon as it arrives!! * You must contact the shop within 3 days of delivery, if there are any issues and before sending a return. * Ship return NO LATER than 14 days of delivery, in original, un-used, un-damaged condition, original quantity with a Copy of Invoice! * Items must be returned to receive a refund! * The buyer is responsible for appropriate return shipping (we will not accept with postage due) Refunds will be given only for the item (s) returned.

✿ Vintage Items: Are at least 20 – 60 years old, are rare & we have LIMITED stock. There might be slight color differences, minor scratches & other signs of age. Vintage items are NOT in new condition, may show signs of age, all are sold as is! ✿ Rhinestones / Cabochons / Cameos: These can be damaged by immersion into liquids, heat, hair & cleaning products, perfumes, avoid dropping or contact with hard surfaces (will chip or dislodge stones). Clean gently with a soft cloth only! ✿ Rhinestones / Cabochons / Cameo in Settings: Custom Hand Set per order. There is a 15% Restocking Fee for these items if returned. ✿ Our items are NOT intended for children

Antiqued finishes may vary from piece to piece. ✿ Black Patina Finish: Are a matte black coating over raw brass, the finish can be damaged by bending, etc. ✿ Raw Brass: Charms, Findings, Settings - The items you receive may NOT be a shiny “golden” color, may have tarnish or have darkened. The BUYER may need to clean/shine with brass cleaner prior to use. We have had some of these items in stock for several years, all brass darkens or tarnishes over time. ALL raw brass is sold AS IS !
