“I bought this mug as a gift for my friend, and while the overall design is adorable with its three printed possums, one of them turned out a bit strange with a shadow effect. Without even requesting a refund or anything, she surprised me by sending another mug and even reached out with a message! She is truly the best (the artisan/creator). As soon as I receive the new one, I will share a cute picture of it! Don’t hesitate about buying from her! The customer service is wonderful 💎.🥰😍🥹🍀”
