✨ PERSONALIZATION

Please provide your child’s FIRST AND LAST NAME when ordering.

Both the Official Nice List Certificate and the personalized North Pole delivery label on the outside of the box are designed to include your child’s full name, so a first name only will not look complete.

Please double-check the spelling before submitting your order, as personalization will be printed exactly as entered.

Want to use your own wording for Santa’s letter? Absolutely! Send me the complete replacement text you would like printed, and I’ll replace my standard letter with your wording.

👧🏻👦🏾👧🏼🧒🏽 MORE THAN ONE CHILD?

No problem! Up to 4 children can be included in one box.

Each child will receive their own personalized Nice List Certificate. The children will share one personalized Santa letter and one jar of Reindeer Food.

Please provide the first and last name of each child when ordering.

📦 SHIPPING TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

One shipping address per order, please.

Etsy combines items in the same order for shipment to one address. I’m unable to split a single order and ship items to multiple addresses.

If you are purchasing gifts for children in different households or need items mailed to separate addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address. This allows Etsy to calculate the correct shipping cost for each package.

🚨 NEED IT IN A HURRY?

Running a little behind on your North Pole preparations? Rush Processing is available for an additional fee and moves your order to the front of my processing queue for shipment within 24 hours.

🎄 PLEASE NOTE

• Please provide your child’s first AND last name for personalization.
• Each order can be shipped to one address only. Separate addresses require separate orders.
• North Pole surprise toy design will vary.
• Ribbon and bow styles on the Reindeer Food may vary depending on availability.
• Box filler and Santa’s wax seal color may vary.
• All substitutions will always coordinate with the Christmas theme of your order.

Because each item is personalized, slight variations are part of what makes every North Pole delivery special.

Create a Christmas memory your child will remember long after Santa has come and gone. 🎅🏽❤️
