⭐ HOW AND WHEN CAN I DOWLOAD MY FILES? ⭐

After Etsy processes your payment you will automatically be allowed access to your downloadable files. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to your downloads. This will allow you to access them later if you desire. You will always be able to access your files by visiting your Etsy profile and clicking "Purchases and Reviews".

⭐ WHY CAN'T I OPEN OR PRINT MY DOWNLOADED FILES? ⭐

Please make sure that you have unzipped (extracted) the files from the .ZIP folder the files come in before trying to use them in your program or software. The files will not open in any program until they have been extracted from the compressed .ZIP file.

⭐ HOW DO I OPEN A .ZIP FILE? ⭐

You will need an extraction program to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available: WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users). If you are on a iphone or ipad you will need a free third party app to open .zip documents such as Winzip or izip.

⭐ HOW CAN I PRINT DIGITAL ART? ⭐

I recommend all artwork be downloaded to your desktop for easy access, and then printed on heavyweight ultra-white matte paper. Please note that the quality depends on your printer, ink, and paper. There are several options when printing files: PRINT AT HOME I recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader to print at home. Make sure you set your printer at a 100% scale and the highest print quality. USE AN ONLINE PRINTING SERVICE Upload the files to an online printing service. A few of my favorite places to print digital art are: shutterfly.com, moo.com, mpix.com or a print & frame service like framebridge.com. EMAIL FILES TO A LOCAL PRINT STORE Walmart, Staples, Costco, Walgreens, and CVS can print high-quality digital art.

⭐ IMPORTANT NOTES ⭐

1. Items marked 'as Digital Downloads indicate that the files are downloadable and no physical items will be shipped. 2 Colors may vary slightly according to the viewing device or monitor's settings. 3. The final result will be determined by printer quality and paper type. 4. Artwork positioning may vary slightly between different ratios to ensure the best fit. 5. Digital Download items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
