SHIPPING PART 1: When will my card arrive?

Your card ships as a regular stamped letter to your mailbox. Just like those birthday cards from grandma, it takes about 1 week (or up to 2 weeks during the USPS busy holiday season). As such, please message me if it's been 2 weeks!

SHIPPING PART 2: Etsy sent me TRACKING, what does it mean?

Tracking is meant for internal use only by Pitney Bowes, as such the tracking updates are not consumer friendly and not what we are used to. So let's break down what they mean: "TRACKING" through Pitney Bowes tracker at https://trackpb.shipment.co not USPS. "ORIGIN PROCESSING" means that it was scanned in at the origin processing center. "OUT FOR DELIVERY" means it was scanned in near the destination processing center. "DELIVERED" means it was scanned in the local post office and will be delivered to your mailbox in 1-3 business days. It does not mean that it was delivered to you. This causes a lot of confusion, understandably so, but please understand that these updates are meant for internal use.

SHIPPING PART 3: I think my card is LOST IN THE MAIL, what do I do now?

USPS has delivered nearly 98% of my thousands of packages- reliably! Only a dozen or so have taken the scenic route and a handful end up truly lost. NOT TO WORRY, I will always take care of the customer! Message me directly if the following: 1) Your tracking status says "Delivered" for at least 3 days, but it's not there 2) It has been 2 weeks since you placed your order 3) You are generally concerned and would like me to keep this on my radar

What is your RETURN POLICY?

I do not accept returns. Unlike Amazon or big box stores, small businesses such as mine (or tiny in my case) are not set up for recouping the cost of returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, I will certainly work on sending you a replacement! Message me for the quickest response.

Regular mail with a stamped envelope, just like cards from Grandma! There's NO tracking! I ship your card out in one day and most arrive in a week. Some travel the scenic route and take up to 10 days. If it's been 14 days, please reach out!

Please note, Etsy automatically sends you tracking and a message that it's "Delivered" once it arrives at your local post office. My best advice is to ignore the message and give the USPS a few days to deliver to your mailbox.
