What is the best way to ask the seller a question?

If you have a question, the best way to get an answer is to send a direct message to me BEFORE you order. If you put a question in the notes, there is a chance I will not see it in time before the order is shipped. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes! I can accommodate most customizations or personalizations to the sweatshirts I have already listed. The areas include the front of the chest, the left wrist, and the right wrist. Each customization is an additional $7. I can also create a brand new sweatshirt with customizations- please message me for pricing information for these.

Our production times are between 2-8 days, and the shipping times are between 3-5 days. These times may vary according to season and holidays, some delays are most often see around the holiday time in December. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item has shipped so that you can keep track of exactly where your sweatshirt is and when it will arrive to you.

What do I do if my sweatshirt arrives and there are issues with the stitching or design?

If there are any issues or mistakes in the creation of the sweatshirt, please send a message directly to me, the seller. Let me know what the issue is and send a photo of the area with your message. I will be able to send you a brand new sweatshirt free of charge since the mistake was ours.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

I do not accept exchanges or returns as each sweatshirt is made to order upon purchase. However, if there are any mistakes in the embroidery or flaws in the sweatshirt, I am happy to send a replacement for you.
